Let me start by saying I love the hat!! However, it took almost 3 weeks to ship and when I reached out to the seller I didn’t receive a response until I reached out a second time. The seller apologized for the I convenience and stated my item would be shipped immediately with a gift, but it didn’t ship until days later and when I received the item there was not additional gift as promised. The product is good, service leaves A LOT to be desired!!
